This Kit comes complete with Top Section Joiner, Top Plastic Cap, and the approx 1020x12mm Ally Top Section Of The Antenna ONLY as in the first photos below 

This Kit allows you to have a 2nd top section you can cut down to size (tune) to swap between the standard 26-27Mhz (11Mtr - CB Radio Band) the antennas are made for and the 28-29Mhz (10Mtr Band) - please note maximum TX Power is still 100Watts
